Have to buy the base game for the expansion? But I already have it!

I just tried to buy the expansion, and it's telling me the minimum quantity is 1 for the base game. I already have it and I don't intend to buy it again-Is this a glitch or something?

Close your browser and then go back to buy the RotS expansion. I haven't found a good way to REMOVE items from my cart with the new purchasing system. The only way I know to empty a cart of an item is to start over.
