I'm uploading 104StuckRetrofit.dwg after I finish this post. I'm using the 1.0.4.4 public beta. Ship is stuck retrofitting to a Zeus mk4 at my Capitol, ES128. All resources are available in abundance and not reserved.

This is rather common. The game I'm currently playing had the same problem. Thanks for the editor!

I have the same problem as Vedric. I also have a construction ship currently stuck at ~98% complete. In the case of the retrofit and construction stalling I noticed it was always a single solar panel that would never be finished, despite having the required resources.

Update. The first time I order a refit, it worked. After that, it doesn't. Seems to happen sporadically.

Thanks for that savegame. This bug has been fixed in the final version of 1.0.4
