New version of COTD

Frank Hunter's Campaigns on the Danube is an operational study of the campaigns along the Danube in 1805 and 1809. Campaigns on the Danube's system focuses on trying to present the player with the same sort of decisions placed on their historical counterparts; how to feed an army and move that army according to a plan, all the while trying to fight a campaign. There is also an option to allow players to play out the battles with miniatures and input the results.

New version of COTD

Post by FrankHunter »

I have written a new version of COTD that fixes all the map errors I could find. Because of that I had to change the scenario data which means old saved games won't work with the new version.

The new version also has a new interface and support for a bunch of different screen resolutions between 1040 by 600 on up to 1600 by 1200.

Thank you!

So, do you mean a patch?  Or a COTD II?  When will we see it.  Thanks.

Fantastic! I've just re-discovered this game and I'm remembering why I like it so much :-)

Thanks Frank!

Its a patch, not a new game.

Unfortunately I missed the deadline to get it uploaded to Matrix so as to be available before Christmas.  But it will be available as soon as holidays are over.
