AI fighting Partisans

Gary Grigsby’s World at War is back with a whole new set of features. World at War: A World Divided still gives complete control over the production, research and military strategy for your side, but in this new updated version you’ll also be able to bring spies into the mix as well as neutral country diplomacy, variable political events and much more. Perhaps the largest item is the ability to play a special Soviet vs. Allies scenario that occurs after the end of World War II.

AI fighting Partisans

Post by midgard30 »

I'm playing a game as the Allies and the Axis AI doesn't seem to care about partisan. It let some regions with partisans threat without any supply.

All players use advanced supplies, no auto supply, no area supply at normal level.

Should I set the AI to use standard supply?

I'm not sure. But I certainly think turning on auto supply and area supply for the AI and trying it out is worth a shot.

I tried it, and it gave the same result. I'm playing with version 1.02.

I think it's a bug, because when I checked factories, rail and resources after German turn, only kiev and Eastern Poland has one resource damaged at level 1. Every other region have fully functional infrastructures.
Also I don't understand what is region "Germany". Is it Eastern or Western, and how come there is partisan there?
Edit: I guess it means the whole World Power. And I've just realised that we could repair infrastructure in production phase. I'm still learning about details!
