Frozen Game

Post by qaydan »

I have tried playing this game 4 times. Unfortunately, the game has frozen each time at the same spot, Jan.-Feb. 1915. I get a "device is already open" warning and then nothing after that as the game has frozen in place. Has anyone else had this problem? Has this issue already been addressed?

Yes, it's been addressed.  See the support thread.  I think it has to do with the sound being on- turn it off before you hit Jan 1915

Considering how many have posted about this it damn well should be "addressed" in the upcoming(tommorrow?) patch[:-][:'(][;)].

I hope that the only fix is NOT to "turn the sound off." [:@][:)]

Does the freezing due to the sound problem only occur in Jan 1915 or does it occur every Jan?
