Degrading Silhouettes??

Post by crackerjack747 »

Hi,

I'm hoping that some one can help explain the following from the demo rules:

Section 10.3 Figuring LOS

"If LOS passes through more than two Degrading Terrain hexes, or Degrading silhouettes extending into two otherwise open hexes, the LOS is considered blocked..."

I'm confused by the reference to Degrading silhouettes??? Any examples? Help please??

Cheers,

Brad

Degrading silhouette is a part of a Degrading symbol jutting out of a Degrading hex. Thus, if some part of the symbol in a degrading hex is extending into an adjacent hex, the jutting part is a degrading silhouette.
