Isolated factory production (Non-Manpower)

There is a section in the manual that describes a separate pool of manpower for isolated areas - is there something similar for other non-manpower factories.

I can see that a vehicle factory, say, still has its production added to the built total each turn even if isolated. So presumably is in the general pool. I guess if the isolated area is overcome without ever reconnecting to the rest, the built production remains in the pools nevertheless?
