My pleasure. I purchased it last night. A fun little game, easily worth the ridiculously low asking price.

Does anyone know what happened to the Western Front Unity of Command game that was supposedly in development? You use to be able to see it on the web site but it doesn't appear to be there anymore. [&:]

I have Unity of command and while it can be fun to play, it seems that realism certainly isn't something to say it has. Also a bit of a gimmick game, as you can eventually win each section via repeat play until you sooner or later finally figure out the "trick" and sequence required. Just my opinion. But at this price if you don't have the game you should go for it.

Edit: It does look like the Web site blog is still discussing the west front game development. Could this sale be in part to increase interest in the game for when/if the new 3D West front game system comes out?

I agree that it is a gimmick game. I do not agree that it is worth it. I say that because it takes a while to figure out games are good or bad. It took me about 6 hours or so when this came out to really grasp how bad and non-wargamish this was. So I say no at any price. Your time is worth more than money.., save your time for some quality games.., there are a lot out there that are great, this is not one of them. XCOM 2 is on sale.. ,now that is a game!

That's funny. I hate XCOM 2 and like Unity of Command. To each his own. [:)]

XCOM series is tactical scale while UoC is operational.
You know what they say, don't you? About how us MechWarriors are the modern knights, how warfare has become civilized now that we have to abide by conventions and rules of war. Don't believe it.

Hey Matrix you might want to check this out?

As said I have two of the three Unity and Black turn but if I didn't

Let's see I can buy the whole trilogy for $4.49 at their site
OR
At Matrix as of this posting I can buy the base Unity of Command for $19.99, Black for $9.99 & red for $9.99 total of $39.97

$4.49 or $39.97 hard choice [X(]

Might make someone a bit angry if they found out after paying the higher prices.

It's a fun game, nothing too clever and doesn't last too long. There are lots of user made scenarios and for that price, they're almost giving it away.

I'm sorry, but that price is only on the developers store.
