ARD stuck in Portland

Post by RogerJNeilson »

This has appeared, seems to be ocean going with reasonable endurance, but can't get it to move from the port?

Because the river hexes are defined as navigable river which per manual are usable by small and medium-sized vessels - and the ARD is too big?

Edit: Yep, manual says about navigable rivers that only ships with 15.000 tons or less can use them. Guess the hexsides must be changed with Pwhexdat editor from 02-River(purple)to 06-Both(white).

This was fixed in stock senarios many patches ago. I believe the arrival port was changed to Seattle. It's the river thing.

Ah makes sense.... though I am playing the standard scenario 1....

Ah well, one less thing to have to bother about.

Not in scenario 2. Unless you mean in stock games started after a certain date.

There's also a pwhex fix that allows you to move it out of the port. Post/search in the tech support should get it for you.
