In our mod, we allow a modest amount of player directed monthly road / rail construction. The stepwise process is very straightforward and generally works well; however, I have two observations. Rail changes in china and on Java will not show when using the R command to show roads. This contrasts with other map panels where they will. Note these changes to the map grid do exist. We have validated the PWHEX and tested the map individually, but they just wont show using the R command.

I am curious there is some underlying issue of which I am unaware or I am somehow missing a key driver here.

The 'y' key is to show rail lines, while the 'r' key shows roads.
