Captured city PPs

Playing ver 2.12 ATG beta I ran across this minor problem with the PP production display for a captured city. I had just captured an enemy city. I selected 100% Political Points for it's production. Output says "453x Political Points", "prod: 7.6" and "real 453".

Then I noticed I had not assigned it to an HQ after I captured it. I assigned it to my Supreme HQ. The display then changed from 453x, 7.6, 453 to amounts of 8, 8, and 8.

Yeah that's odd and it has happened to me on a few occasions too... happens when you take a city from the AI... I suppose that city didn't have a connection to it's HQ... so all the PP's produced just have been piling up. And when you think to yourself oh blimey I hit the jackpot [:D] you will be disappointed because the PP stash will be gone the next round. [:(]
