When you hover over an enemy unit ... there are several numbers displayed. For example on the front of the unit there is 3=3. Secondly, if you have 436th Rifle Division ((1/1) det 5, SP 1. What are those numbers?

I looked in the manual ... but can't find it.

OK, the 3=3 is the anticipated CV for attack and defense. If the numbers are 3-3 then you have a base CV of 3 and 3 MPs. This is only displayed for a friendly unit.

436th Rifle Division => the unit name
(1/1) => basic CV on the right, the ultimate CV (if all conditions were good) on the right. For the first number to match the second number, then supply, fatigue, and morale must be in the 'green'.
det 5 => detection level of 5 - this is on the scale of 1 to 10 (if it were 0 it would not be shown on the map at all).
SP 1 => in good supply value of -1 is isolated, I believe there are values of 0 for too far from supply source but I am not sure.

Hope that helps.
