Where are Hiryashev's Staff Points

Hiryashev recently made his appearance in my officer pool but he arrived without any staff points. I wasn't sure if this was deliberate because so little is known about him or unintentional. All other officers in the pool, even the officers with poor ratings, have at least some staff points.

No that doesnt seem right to me. Am adding Hiryashev to the v1.05 patch list. Thanks for taking the time (again) to report this. Its really appreciated as I think in this phase we are getting the last details straightened out.

Vic, thanks for taking the time to iron out these minor glitches. I really enjoy the gameplay, mechanics and presentation of Case Blue, and, after I've overcome this "addiction", I'll be trying my hand with WtP because I like your design philosophy.
