stranger than fiction

This is more odd than advancing artillery. Look at this picture, it is the northern edge of the storming Stalingrad map. For the first time I decided to move a force up along the northern edge and bumped into the airfield with 3 a/c around it. The aircraft appeared to be stuck in location, I have made about 5 turns and they haven't moved, returned fire or bombed my units under them. I have save if you want. I have shot one fighter down prior to this screen shot.

I played this scenario for another 5 or 6 turns all the 3 remaining Ruskie planes didn't move until they run out of fuel and disappeared.

They moved and bombed me all right when i played it. but i never took that airfield.

Just started the scenario again same thing happens no movement
