Delete (or rename) obc41 and copy obc_a to obc41. Fixes the Rising Sun Scenario (end date in '42 for short Blitz game) on the main screen. Also restores standard (neutral) scenario to its proper position. Tested and it works fine. There are also many junk files included in the zip such as pspbrwse.jbf (thumbnail file not used by pacwar at all) which can all be deleted. The windows only files also (unless you're forced to use them).
