Cant join Members Club

I have tried several times to register in the Members Club in the past and tonight but am unable to. Tells me my email address is invalid!!!! WTF........ Any Ideas on who to contact? Really would be nice to be able to get the patch..... I cannot even contact support!!!

I did manage to get a message through to corporate.... at least I think so.....Sorry if I posted prematurely....Hopefully will get this straightened out.....

The Member section is completely different from the forums. You have to register to get a new account, you cant login with the same details.

Did it last night and took a couple of minutes.

Hmmm. remember the username is the same as the forums but the password is likely different. Otherwise I have no idea why it's not letting you in.

I do not Know whats up.....Tried to register several times....Some kind of error I guess....I have done the registration correctly I am sure.....I will try entering a different password.....Looks like a password is sent to you.....Tried again but still get an invalid email address.....

I have sent two messages to corporate for help....Not sure if they are getting the messages or not...Being it is a holiday weekend I doubt I hear anything from them....I will give it some time and see what happens....Too bad cause I really would like to play some this weekend...Had a great MP game with Buzznaut just recently and would like to re release all my maps and scenarios.Also have the new Wingen-sur-Moder scenario ready to go...

Okay that is a bit different. Stupid question have you checked your spam folder in your email? Forgive me, I do IT support as part of my work and most times their problems are very simple.

You do not get to choose your password to start off with, the email from Matrix contains it. Once you have logged into your separate Matrix Games account, you can change it. I live on the other side of the world to Matrix Games and received the email within about 2 minutes of signing up.

Hello Jiminy....I always check my spam folder....Just to look at and delete the loads of junk mail I get....Nothing there....Guess I will just have to wait until corporate gets to my problem...For some reason my email address is not liked by the Matrix system.....As you have stated it is probably some simple error that can be fixed....

Does anyone know of another way to contact matrix support for the members area. I have sent several messages to corporate and am not getting a response of any kind.I have to wonder if my messages are getting through because I get no confirmation of them being sent.

Last time I had problems with logging in I made a helpdesk ticket:

Took a few goes and several days to sort it out but we got there in the end.

Thanks again Arjuna...Guess I just have to be patient....I do have something to do to keep my appetite for war games satisfied.I have been greatly inspired by your BFTB game to try my hand at coding my own game...Have a long ways to go but I am making progress and learning a lot about programming. I have the units firing now and have figured out how to make them accumulate hits. Also have the sprites moving around although not very intelligently. Have to work on making an actual map....Still just a backdrop..I would like to develop this into a game on the regimental or divisional level and perhaps include naval units...I am not trying to promote this in any way just want to show you what I am working on...

I am programming in C++ and using Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 to compile. I found an add on for the visual studio that is a helper for novice game programmers called Dark GDK. It does a lot of the preliminary work for you and lets you concentrate on the game itself. I hope to graduate from using this helper as soon as possible and use just the visual studio.I hope it is not inappropriate to mention these programs.I tried to program a chess game at first just a while back just using the visual studio but basically got in over my head too quickly.I am learning gradually though....

Still no word from anyone at Matrix.....I really feel that I have waited long enough to hear from someone regarding this issue....Just a simple email stating that the problem will be worked on....Unbelievable..
