Daily Autosaves not working with latest patch

I updated to the latest patch and the daily auto saves are not working. I kept the same switches I had on previous updates. These are the switches I use :

-cpu2 -fd -px1280 -py800 -multiaudio -dd_sw -altFont -deepColor -skipVideo

I do get the pre turn save but no daily save in slot2. Do I have to reinstall ?

For autosaves to work you need to copy the beta dll and the exe into the main folder overwriting the old exe and dll. I'd backup the files or use a mod swap utility...

The end of turn auto-save goes in slot 000. The pre-turn save in slot 002.

That's true Michael - but I thought he was referring to the "-d" switch going to the archive save folder

My problem is the standard auto save that used yo save in slot 0. In my case it is not saving.

Try changing -fd to just -f.

The autosave (to 002) is on by default.
IIRC, the 'd' turns on the archived autosave but turns off the 002 one.

Thanks guys issue solved. one more question micheal can i use -f in conjunction with -autosave ?

Yes. I run "-d -autosave" during testing, but there is no reason why you can use -f and -autosave.
