Question

Post by fmonster »

Used to own CoW YEARS ago and I have been having an itch that maybe only TOAW can cure. So, my not so important question is,... what is the scenario count up to after several updates? No big deal at all, just curious. (I know that there are others at the Depot, but I was just wondering what came with the game?) Is there a list somewhere that I am missing?

Thanks.

All the CoW scenarios are in the 'Classic TOAW' folder. There are about a dozen other folders that contain the more recent scenarios.

Are Boonie Rat's Vietnam scenarios in there someplace? If not be sure to get them. Very well done. Probably can pick them up at The Strategist aka Rugged Defense.

Wow, the game looks wonderful!!! Love all the detail. Will have to read the manual again. What is really great for me is that I have a laptop on order and this will be great for those few game breaks that I get....

There's a .pdf file that lists the scenarios that come with the game available. A copy of it comes with the game itself and can be found in the manuals folder. There is a copy on this board, though. It's in post #1 of the TOAW III stickied thread. However, I doubt it has been updated since the initial posting.

Thanks for the link, Telumar. Looks very interesting and will give it a go when I get my feet back underneath me.

Thanks for the info, Curtis. I found the Read Me file in the scenarios folder of the game. Nice list even if it might not be up to date...
