Post-Battle Lock-Up

I am playing v1.12.2 local/host-seat on 32-bit Windows 7. Everything runs fine until after I complete a detailed battle.

As soon as the battle screen exits, the campaign map shows up with no UI, and hangs. Please assist.

It could be a low memory situation.  Perhaps try shutting down any other applications that might be running before starting your game.
