Thanks for hyjacking my thread and getting it locked!!! I was starting to get somewhere.

Thank you to Matrix guys and others who offered help, hopely I will be able to redownload my games soon - pretty please.

Sorry man - I got seriously carried away - my apologies all around.

Just a piece of good technical advice that might come in handy in the future : back-up your download, that is the installer exe, put the serial number in a text file and back it up alongside the installer itself.
