Battlefront Interview

Battlefront features the power of battalion-level combat in some of this period's most bloody and intense conflicts: Saipan, Market Garden, Novorossisk, and Gazala. Players will have realistic control over their soldiers, with a tactical scale just large enough to make a telling difference in the strategic picture.

Battlefront Interview

Post by alexs »

Hi Guys,
Just thought I'd bring to your attention the recently published interview with Gregor about Battlefront.

http://www.armchairgeneral.com/articles.php?p=3218&page=1&cat=59

We are also very close to release now guys. We have sent off to Matrix what we hope to be our gold master, and have checked off the installer, so it shouldn't be long now!

Sorry everyone, I was slightly off in my prediction. In our last checks, there's one more thing that needs to be done which will need to be addressed by DR in the morning before we can go live. It's a sure bet that you'll have this in your hands by tomorrow night. Consider this a heads up, though I didn't intend to tease.

Just as a reminder of our changes for 2007. The physical products of all new releases now come with a printed 4 color manual.

How big is the rulebook for this one Marc?

I posted a while ago with the suggestion that you guys list the rulebook size on each game's details page if that's possible. There's no need for me for example to pay for a rulebook less that say 60 pages. I'd prefer to download the game instead.

However, if a rulebook is going to be significantly larger, I won't download the game but buy a physical copy with manual.

Thanks,
Adam.

Guadacanal- no saipan yes, market garden, gazala and novorossisk are the 4 available battles. the entire tooset used to produce the game comes inherent as well so you could make it yourself assumig you had the time and wanted to put in the effort.
cheers,
john
